• Delicious chocolate sponge, chocolate butter cream

• Chocolate sponge, coffee buttercream

• Rich Chocolate cake, white or dark chocolate ganache

• Carrot cake and lemon buttercream

Icings and coverings:

• Traditional marzipan and/or sugarpaste

• Chocolate flavoured sugarpaste

• Delicious chocolate ganache

• Chocolate cigarellos
